By accessing FreshVector Quit Collective (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to use the Service. You are responsible for accurate account information and safeguarding your credentials.
3. Educational services, not medical care
We provide educational content and coaching. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your clinician for medical decisions.
4. Purchases and refunds
Prices are shown before tax. Refunds for self‑paced courses are available within 7 days if you have not completed more than 20% of the content. Cohort/live programs support withdrawal before the first live session. Contact [email protected].
5. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate, or spam in community spaces.
- No unauthorized sharing of paid materials or access credentials.
- No attempts to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
6. Intellectual property
All content is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, non‑transferable license to access content for personal, non‑commercial use.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules. Venue lies in San Francisco County, California.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in‑app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
