Do you guarantee I will quit?
We cannot promise outcomes. People are different, and life is complex. We promise clarity, ethical support, and tools that align with current behavior science so you can build smoke‑free routines at your pace.
Are these medical services?
No. FreshVector Quit Collective provides educational programs and coaching. We do not offer medical care. Consult your clinician, especially if you use prescription medication or plan to change nicotine replacement usage.
How do live cohorts work?
Small groups meet weekly for 45–60 minutes. A coach facilitates progress check‑ins, urge drills, and planning for the next 7 days. You’ll also get self‑paced modules between meetings.
What if I miss a session?
Self‑paced materials keep you moving. Live sessions are not recorded to protect privacy, but coaches share summaries and action steps.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase for self‑paced courses you have not completed beyond 20%. Cohort and live programs support withdrawals before the first live session. See Terms.
How much time should I expect to spend per week?
Most members spend 60–90 minutes weekly, split into short blocks. That’s 10–15 minutes a few times per week plus optional community check‑ins.
Can I combine this with nicotine replacement therapy (NRT)?
Many members do. Our NRT education modules discuss common options and practical planning. We do not provide medical advice; discuss changes to NRT with your clinician.
What if I relapse?
Relapse is common in behavior change. Our programs treat it as data, not failure. You’ll learn debrief steps and a “reset without drama” plan.
